We are accredited under the Law Society's national quality assurance scheme LEXCEL, demonstrating that we meet the highest standards of client care and practice management.
We have also received the prestigious Investors in People award recognising that our practice meets national standards for effective staff development.
Hine Downing meets the quality standards set by the Legal Services Commission, which ensures that people get the information, advice and legal help they need to deal with a wide range of everyday problems
Hine Downing uses TFB's award-winning computer software for the legal profession, Partner for Windows, as used by some of the largest law firms in the UK. This comprehensive suite of software helps us manage our client's matters efficiently and cost-effectively. Good systems not only enable fast, efficient and good-value client service, but help us maintain close quality control over the many and varied procedures needed to meet the Law Society's and the Solicitors Regulation Authority's highest expectations.
In addition, we use ISOKON software to help make our Probate services second to none.
On the 19th July 2011, Hine Downing was accredited under the new Law Society Conveyancing Qualiity Scheme (CQS). We are the only firm in Falmouth/Penryn to have achieved this accreditation so far and now the seventh firm in Cornwall; there are just 400 firms of some 8000 conveyancing organisations nationally accredited at present.
CQS is designed to provide clients with reassurance about their solicitor's integrity, practice standards and professionalism. Complying with CQS will help Hine Downing provide a more effective service for our clients.
